if you would’ve told me early last year that 1 year ago today i would be buying my first house and moving out all at 18 years old, i wouldn’t have believed you. in fact, the thought of that would’ve terrified me. but within the past year i’ve learned so much about life, responsibilities, and independence. i’ve learned to listen to those around me who are helping me understand how to take care of the responsibilities i have. i’ve learned the importance of managing multiple aspects in my life simultaneously. but most importantly, i’ve learned to give myself grace and be proud of what i’ve accomplished. i love how i’ve seen a clear shift in myself this past year as far as mindset goes and i truly believe that i am capable of achieving anything i put my mind to. the future is never “planned” so i’m going to keep working hard and take on whatever life may throw at me🤍 #kayceerice
