Celebrating Four Years in Fruits and Flowers ❤️ 10-07-18 ❤️ On our four year anniversary of our wedding date, in which the commemorative milestone gifts are fruit and flowers, it seemed most fitting that our family spent half the day on Leo's first class trip to help him pick out his first pumpkins and then trekked to Longwood Gardens the next day to take in the fall flowers and foliage and enjoy the beautiful weather. While our day to day life has been so focused on our family lately, the two of us did manage to get away for an adults-only dinner at Alpen Rose. The meal was both sophisticated and comforting in the details - I highly recommend the cocktails, tuna carpaccio, octopus, bone marrow toast, and tomahawk steak. Although our first three years were fast, this fourth year of marriage has been the most whirlwind year yet, highlighted by building my practice in Wayne, starting Leo in Montessori school, welcoming Remy into the world, and moving to a new home near our offices. In all of this chaos, Mitch has remained the steadfast rock of our family - always on 24/7 diaper duty call, always the reliable parent for school dropoffs/pickups and pediatrician appointments, always my biggest cheerleader and confidante through my highs and lows as a facial plastic surgeon. I could not imagine surviving this wild year without anyone else and am so grateful for the love and support Mitch devotes to me and our boys each and every day. Happy Anniversary @mitchfav!
