Inspired by water! With the reception held at @thepearlehotel Sau and Benjamin wanted to recreate the magic of the the Lake Ontario and the sunsets they love to watch when strolling on the beach. It was a pleasure to create this cake and I love everything about it. All the little details come together in this design - wafer paper sails mimicking water, marbling on the fondant a mix of sand and water and a reference to the stones one can find on the beach, organic fantasy sweet peas and their effortless flow throughout the design.
