Life update: As many of you know, I wasn’t thrilled that my husband received orders back to North Carolina with only two years left till he retires from the Marine Corps. As a small business owner, it isn’t easy at all to start from scratch at every new duty station. 🤍About a week into our move, the blessing in disguise became apparent. I noticed that for the first time in a long time I was able to spend more than two days in a row with my family. Hustle culture is so real and I was living in burnout mode for so long that I didn’t even realize how much time I was losing with my family..North Carolina has been a much-needed change of pace. The go-getter in me still gets a little nervous to see my business slow down, but the wife and mother in me couldn’t be happier.
