If you want to eat decent meet at a cheaper price, you’ve got to get yourself some Bavette steak also known as flank steak or flap steak - is a long, flat piece of meat taken from just below the bottom of the sirloin. It’s super fatty in a good way, melts in your mouth and pack some serious flavour! The most important part is that you cut it against the grain which is really obvious on this particular cut of meat i purchased mine from @whitbysfamilyfarm and it was one of the nicest cuts of beef ive cooked!
