Crispy Tuna Sliders are on of my favorite easy meal prep items! You can prep the patties in the beginning of the week and just build your sliders each day. Let me know if you try them out! How to: Combine 12 oz. canned tuna, one egg, 3/4 cup of Panko breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 c minced green onion, salt/pepper/garlic powder/ smoked paprika. Sear over medium heat until crispy on both sides.
