Come on this box jump progression journey with me! I really wanted to hit some single leg box jumps at 24” which is just outside of my comfort zone. So I started where I felt comfy at 18” and progressed by doing: Single leg jumps at 18” Double leg takeoff to single leg land at 24” Single leg jumps at 18” WITH a 10lb med ball ... Then I look a few deep breaths and went for the single leg jumps at 24”. It wasn’t pretty at first... 🙈 but after a few I actually felt pretty strong! 🐸 🦘🐒🐎🐇 Takeaways: use SOFT BOXES (save your shins) and inch your way up to your goals until you’re ready to FLY!
