40. Years. BLESSED. First and foremost, thank you all so much for the loads of love you've shown me over the years. I am forever grateful for each and every one of you for blessing me with kind words, thoughts, contributions, and speaking about me in rooms I may or may not ever enter. This morning, I ran (or sexy limped) my way through the @nyrr @Mastercard Mini 10K. Despite humidity and back pain, I am grateful to be there, especially with my friends @tenacious_bethany, @danishtourguideusa and family, @esnelldesign, my mom and sister @lprincess90. As I get older, I hold deep gratitude for those who are here and others who left. My dad was 58 when he closed his eyes for the final time, and through his loss, I'm reminded how short life truly can be. Many asked how they could gift me. The most valuable thing you can extend to people is time. Take a few seconds to tell someone you love or care about them. Be you in every room. My heart is full, and this joy is undeniable.
