I noticed on our walks recently that Palomino’s hands were cold. So I decided to try and knit her some mittens. I found a free pattern on @hi.ravelry and am using some @woolfolk_yarn and @echoviewfibermill merino I had in my stash. I’m new to patterns and always veer off course, I intuitively made them smaller. so they are not matching 😱🙈 but are very cute and the process was really pleasurable. I crocheted a little string that connects them, and the first time she wore them she pulled them off immediately. Oh well! Ha! It was a fun project and im feeling inspired to try more complicated patterns...
