Yesterday was pretty awesome. I got the call that there were blue fin right in front of the Harbor. So @btothebruce @matt_mei_strell , Kanon and I went out trying to get them. We had no luck but we saw a gentleman with his wife right in front of the Harbor hooked up with a tiny gaff and I asked if they wanted help and they said please so I jumped off my boat with a gaff and swam over to his 13 foot Boston whaler to help the guy to drive the boat. We avoided 2 Seals and ended up getting to gaff this nice 104 pound bluefin tuna one hour before work needless to say this gentleman is very happy. #catalinalocals
