It’s sugo season 🍅 Switching up from our regular programming here for the annual tomato sauce harvest, it’s a family affair, all led by the legend, Nonna Dina! 👵🏼 This is the family’s private stock: 6 bushels of Ontario tomatoes, one Saturday morning, and a lot of hard work 💪🏻to make this homemade passata. It’s a tradition we and pretty much the rest of the Italian community does every year, since forever.
