I kept these braids in for two weeks and sweat quite a bit in hot yoga throughout the weeks. I didn’t refresh or wash these at all during that time. Somehow, my hair still felt super soft. I wish I’d detangled before shampooing though, bc there was more shed hair, which I hate dealing with while shampooing and conditioning 😩.
