I *always* check a bag, even for a weekend trip, mostly bc I don’t want to limit the beauty products I schlep. But bc of luggage frequently getting lost/delayed so often lately, my whole family packed for 2 weeks just in carryons. Details in the video, but the key here is the packable duffle (28”) that you unpack immediately at your hotel and start filling with dirty clothes.
