The Espresso Martini is a solid recipe on its own but the passion fruit whipped cream is something I didn’t know I needed. Recipe inspired by: @jordanraynn Espresso Martini ————————— Recipe: • 1 oz Aged or Dark Rum • 1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur • 1 oz Freshly Pulled Espresso (or strong cold brew concentrate) • 0.5 oz Rich Vanilla Demerara Syrup Passionfruit Whip: • 2–3 oz Heavy Cream • 1 oz Passionfruit Syrup @Caribe and Co Combine the cream and passionfruit syrup in a small shaker tin or bowl. Whisk or dry shake (no ice) until slightly thickened. Instructions: 1. Add the rum, Mr Black, espresso, and vanilla Demerara syrup to a shaker with ice. 2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and aerate the espresso. 3. Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice. 4. Gently spoon or float the passionfruit whip on top. 5.
