Tokyo-Style Pizza? 🍕❤️ 🇯🇵 Yes! This is a pizza style that a few of my friends here were experimenting with, and seeing so many great pizzas inspired me to give it a shot too. And I’m glad I did. Its rugged crimped-shaped crust gives it a nice crunch and texture, while still maintaining a nice puffy crust, as well. The contrast provides a quite enjoyable variation for a margherita pizza. There’s also a pleasant and bright saltiness from the traditional salt punch. What’s that, you ask? Well, you toss some salt into the oven just before launch so that it sticks to the bottom of the dough. I can now see first hand why you guys enjoy it.
