Developing power as a runner is important if you want to run faster and feel light on your feet ⬇️ I like to think of power exercises as 2 different types of exercises: 1. Plyometrics: think jumping exercises 2. Power exercises: usually with a heavier weight, lower reps where the focus is on quickly going through the movement. Slide 3 is a good example of this (triple extension) In the Runners Complete Program, I include 1 power exercise for each workout ✅
