Brimfield – May, 2025. Great way to kick off “flea market season” in the northeast. Walked about 20 miles in two days, often lugging two 50+ pound duffle bags filled with excellent vintage. Y’all thought I was playing with those “training for Brimfield” farmer’s carrier gym pics! Overall, I had a great experience, chopped it up with a lot of cool people, and came home with a ton (literally) of great stuff. I managed to get in two workouts at the local Planet Fitness in spite of early starts and 12 hour days which may seem psychotic, but a good pump after a long day was just what I needed to recenter – that and blueberry pancakes from the local greasy spoon of course. Shoutout @garageband.user for all the help and good company. Peace to all the dealers who made the event best in class. Now it’s time to do about 20 loads of laundry and get ready for open hours at Wooden Sleepers this Saturday from 12:00-5:00 PM. If you have been thinking about visiting, this Saturday would definitely be a good time to do that. ✌🏼
