🛒YOU’LL NEED
Serves 12 bars
225g porridge oats
75g pumpkin seeds
100g walnuts
100g unsalted butter
3 tbsp honey
100g light brown sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
100g Medjool dates pitted and chopped
👩🏼🍳RECIPE
1️⃣Preheat oven to 160C and linens brownie tin with parchment paper.
2️⃣Place oats, seed and nuts on a baking tray, toast in the oven for 10min until lightly golden.
3️⃣Combine the butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until melted. Remove from the heat and stir over the toasted oats, nuts, seeds, dates and cinnamon.
4️⃣ Tip the mix in the brownie tin and press it down slightly, bake for 25-30 min until golden.
5️⃣Allow cool and cut in 12 bars.
