Looking for some Sprint(ish) Style CrossFit Intervals, give this a go: 5 RDS 200m Run 30yd Sled Push Sprint 3x45 10 Bar Facing Burpees 10 Push Jerks 165/115 -Rest 1m B/T RDS- - Have put a lot of thought the past couple months into making an Ebook/Programing in some sort of way. I’m always really enjoyed writing workouts for myself/friends and then for clients individually over the past 7ish years. Since taking a pause on training competitively and coaching, feel like I still have more to give to the CrossFit community that I love so.... Program Incoming? What y’all think - More thoughts to come on this
