Do y'all hear that?!? Maybe you have to turn the sound up a little 😂 Just jokes, because so many people assume that you will gain all of your weight back once you start eating food again after fasting! Yes, if you load your body back up with junk food and bad eating habits you'll absolutely gain the weight back. So don't do that! Here's how you prevent regain after a Watermelon fast or fasting in general without having to keep a scale in front of the refrigerator lol👇🏾 ♦️Ease Into Solid Foods (Days 1–3 Post-Fast) Start with light broths and/ or smoothies (fruit-based with greens or protein) ♦️Prioritize Whole, Water-Rich Foods (Days 4–7 Post-Fast) Start with Raw fruits (berries, citrus, melons) and healthy fats. ♦️Pay attention to true hunger vs emotional eating. Eating mindfully helps avoid overeating and “reward eating.” ♦️Stay hydrated. Thirst can feel like hunger post-fast. Keep your water intake up (at least half your body weight in ounces per day).
