This walker is made to be used as a posterior walker aka behind, but in Matthew's case it doesn't really work that way and I couldn't find a similar walker that would go behind (because the one set of wheels don't swivel) For now we're using it both ways but more behind him because this is how he can actually take steps without any help. Hopefully with time as he will get better st stepping and understanding how to take steps Matthew will brake that extension and he'll be able to use the walker as intended behind him.
