Do you struggle visualizing where one color ends and another begins on the different lengths of our hair extensions? I get asked this question a lot so I asked @blushextensionsbar one of our @bellamihairpro educators to break it down for us. I’ve created this TRANSITION MEASURING TAPE to help you as you are color matching your guests so you can see where the transitions will begin and end based on the @bellamihairpro lengths that you’re working with. When we are measuring the lengths on our guests during our consultations, most of the time we use a cloth measuring tape. Using those same cloth measuring tapes will also help you to see the transitions🤭 🍭Here’s all of @bellamihairpro Transitions! 🌲The Ombre, Sombre & Balayage I highly recommend creating a transition measuring tape for since the other gradients have a visual transition which you can see based on looking at your shade ring😘 ☀️Natural - Is the Same color from top to bottom 🌝 Ombre – Has 2 colors with a quick transition, So the first 2/3 of the way down is the darkest shade and the last 3rd is the lightest shade. 🍃 Rooted - Has a 3” root 🌅 Sombre – Had a soft transition of 2-3 colors, similar to a color melt. The last 1/3rd of the extension length will be where that transition begins, just like our OMBRE. 🍬 Balayage – Has 2 colors: The Top 1/3 of the way down is the darkest color, half way down is a mix of both the root and ends, the last 1/3rd of the extension length is the lightest shade ☁️Marble Blend – Has 2-3 different shades evenly blended ⛱Highlight – Has 2-3 different colors, with a high contrast 💥NEW HYBRID BLEND= is a shade with a root (3”) that softly transitions into highlights and lowlights. The Rooted Color will be the color of lowlights & highlight color will be highlighted in 3”below the root. Save and share this post with someone you think this may help!
