Save this workout and give it a try 🤞🏽🙆🏻‍♂️🔥 Workout: - Back Squats 3x8 -> after the last set, drop the weight and knock out 8 paused reps - Romanian Deadlifts (RDL) 3x10-12 - Hip Thrusts 3x10-12 (slow and hold at the top) - Nordic Curls (not shown) 3x12 - Leg Press burnout 3x20 -> 10 reps wide, slow and controlled (lift toes at the end for quad contraction) -> 10 reps close, quick and explosive
