Make the Strawberry Cold Foam: In a bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, and strawberry syrup. Whip until frothy and slightly thickened. Set aside. 2. Melt the Chocolate: Place chocolate truffles at the bottom of a glass. Brew hot espresso directly over the truffles. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and combined. 3.
