PEAK WEDDING SEASON DONE 💃🏼 I can’t believe how incredible the last 18 months have been. I’ve shot just shy of 100 weddings since last April! That’s more than half a million photographs taken 🤯 This journey from the pandemic till now has been intense. From loosing everything to gaining way more than I could manage. I’ve learnt so many valuable lessons, made errors, found so many new friends in my incredible clients and sadly felt exhaustion to another level. I’m so grateful that I have incredible clients, immensely supportive friends and family and the best industry pals who’ve got me through the last 18 months of catch up madness. Big love to you all 🤎 especially my incredible culler @kirsty_hastie_photography - you’ve honestly saved me. And to all my amazing second shooters who’ve bought the ENERGY! It’s definitely not over, I still have one wedding left to shoot this year and a HUGE backlog of editing but my mind feels this huge sense of relief that I will never have to shoot this many weddings again. That the postponements are finally over and I can take back control of my diary. It feels like freedom and I can’t wait to enjoy some well earned downtime this winter 🤎
