Sharing some highs and lows in response to a journaling question I got from a close friend. This reflection feels extremely timely. Almost exactly a year ago I was working through the same advice I shared with her. The same advice I will share with you: Make room for all of your feelings first. Then go back and find silver linings. Today I am grateful for my journaling practice, and how much it has helped me extend empathy to myself and others. 📝💕
