Guys often come to the gym and ask me what to do for tendinitis this is one of the best drills . Where we can take the tension off the patella tendon and force tension into the quads! Tips •Make sure in this drill your butt is back and you can see the front of your shoes so that your shins stay at a 90 degree angle to the floor! •Start at 15 second holds and work your way up to 1 minute holds! •Practice balancing your breathing patterns during ISOS it wall help facilitate rib placement and posture correction.
