I am so happy to make this video and congratulate Olivia and Simon on achieving their dream of opening their very own pizzeria! @kneadneapolitanpizza has grown so much since they popped up in a pub car park years ago and now they cater for some of the worlds top events and festivals. They have decided to set up Roots in a brand-new building in Maidenhead Slinging artisan pizzas using the finest local, ethical and sustainable produce available. They have even got a hydroponic wall growing fresh basil which means they’re focusing on food feet rather food miles.
