Adios Spain! 💛 I hope you all had a lovely summer ☀️ and feel rejuvenated - now let’s make this holiday feeling last as long as possible through autumn to keep us from teetering on the edge of burnout. ✨ There are elements of being on holiday that I always like to stay in the habit of - like: 🌱 Drinking more water, less caffeine. 🌱 Living in a different time zone - so waking up and going to bed earlier. 🌱 Eating fresh fruit and vegetables at every meal time - and having three meals a day. 🌱 Keep that relaxed joy and positivity - “live life as if everything is rigged in your favour” love this from @bysarahlondon 🌱 Have time to THINK - this is a biggie for me and not jump from one project to the next. 🌱 Health first: yoga/stretch/run every morning. 🌱 Check in with my body and mind - while I’m doing my skincare routine. 🌱 Non-negotiable time with Eliza - playing and reading. 🌱 Take a lunch break. 🌱 Spend more time outdoors - at least a few hours every day. 🌱 More natural light - get outside every morning before 8.30am. (it’s almost time to bring out my @dyson light - which keeps away the blues for me during winter). 🌱 Switch off notifications on my phone - especially out of working hours. 🌱 Cut down on screen time - have more phone calls instead of emails. 🌿 I hope these tips help. I know for the first 8 months of this year we’ve all been finding it hard to find our feet post pandemic.
