It is essential that we each share what we think needs to be our most pressing priorities as a Guild now, before our next MBA contract negotiations begin in the spring, the MBA expiring on May 1, 2026. That way we can then think, plan and build on that as a union in preparation to get the best results next year. When searching for this survey look for an email title along the lines of, “Take the 2026 MBA Negotiations Survey Now!” Additionally, if you have any issues with finding that email link at all, please immediately reach out to the Guild or your WGA Captains for help. A union is only as strong as its members, so getting as many perspectives as posible now is key before we begin negotiating another contract for the next 3 years during this existential time in our business.
