Why is the ice blue? 💙⁠ ⁠ Ice is very good at absorbing light. The dense ice of the glacier absorbs every other colour of the spectrum except blue ❄️⁠ ⁠ We also see greens, white and if the sun hits right even some golden glow☀️⁠ ⁠ Like if you want to be here this winter 💙⁠ ⁠ 📸@florent.irion
