Happy 3 year anniversary my love. Words cannot describe how much this human means to me but I’m going to try. I can remember the first time I met her at a bar crawl and I wouldn’t stop talking about instagram. I remember the first time our mutual friend told me she had a crush on me. I remember when I tried to get close with her and she ignored me and I thought she didn’t like me. I remember when I gave up and decided to move on and then that same friend @coolk8girl pushed us in a taxi together and she invited me up to her place. And thank god she did. I remember when I called her my girlfriend and she said, “I’m your girlfriend now?” I remember when we moved in together after 2 months of meeting each other cause the Paris trains closed down and we spent every day together. I remember when I accidentally said, “I love you” and then when I planned saying I love you forreal when the sun was setting in the Moroccan desert. I remember crying my eyes out and having a panic attack when you left Paris. I remember when we spent a year apart during COVID and talked on FaceTime 5 hours a day. And when we saw each other for the first time and I didn’t even recognize you and it scared me. We moved from Paris to your home in Argentina. We moved from Argentina to my home in the USA. We met each other’s friends and families. And we have literally done everything for each other in the past 3 years to make sure we help each other and stay together including getting married. I don’t know anyone else that would go so far for me and stick by my side through all of these difficult times. For that reason today we celebrate 3 years of each other’s love and journey, from the very beginning to now. You’ve absolutely changed my life for a million reasons and I love you so much for it. Thank you to everyone who has watched our journey and supported us over the years. ___ Side note: we are also celebrating Melina getting confirmation from the government that they received her papers. This is a huge step in the right direction for her green card and it feels like a lot of the hard work we put in the last few months is paying off ✨
