Reading has been one of my favorite ways to decompress after a long day. I'm currently reading “It ends with us” by Collen Hoover💕!
The book in the reel is called “Brain Maker” by @davidperlmutter -If you’re looking for good reads to support your brain, I am a big fan of all his books!
