Happy 3 year anniversary to my true love, my best friend, my life partner, my inspiration, my biggest cheerleader, and my fiercest defender @kandeejohnson. ❤️‍🔥🎉 I love you so much, and I always have, since our first date 3 years ago, when YOU asked ME out (you beat me to it in a very bold move, even tho I wanted to ask you out first of course!) to the @danielcaesar concert at the Greek Theater. For our anniversary this year, I re-created our first date, taking my best friend to the @jacksonbrowne concert at the Greek, followed by tacos and hours of laughing and conversation at El Carmen, just as we did 3 years ago. I am so honored that I get to be the person who knows you best, who can make you laugh when you are feeling down, and who gets to have all the inside jokes and secret couple-isms with you. That last slide is the photo of us I have on my nightstand, so it is the last thing I see at night before I kiss my baby goodnight, turn off the lights, and go to bed.
