Recently, we received a request from friends to support Internally Displaced Persons from the East who moved to live in the village of Panceve, Kirovohrad region. We decided to go there in person, meet the families, see the living conditions and learn about their needs. On the spot we found out that 287 people came to the village — 72 families, 120 of them elderly people and 60 children. Geography of resettlement: Kharkiv region, Luhansk region (Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne) and Donetsk region (Bakhmut, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Druzhkivka, New York etc.). People left their homes under shelling randomly, not having a plan where to go. Pancheve village allocated more than 50 houses for resettlement. These houses were empty for 10-15 years, then Tetyana, a resident of the village, opened the "Prykhystok" NGO @panthevo_volonter , and together with her team cleaned and repaired these houses before the arrival of the refugees. During our visit, we bought food products and household chemicals for €1622 / ₴60000. Thanks to @ukrainetrustchain and @daniache1 for financial support. Now, together with @saskats and Tatiana @panthevo_volonter , we are coordinating our actions to provide these families with the essentials for the winter.
