Today is a big day in my gear journey. This morning I opened an email from @schmidt_array_pedalboards that contained pictures of my new custom pedalboard 🤩 Their team was incredibly helpful and after many back-and-forths we came up with this spaceship to fit all of my needs (thank you Martyn for being so patient). It’s sporting custom cutouts for my @rjmmusictechnology loop switcher and two volume/expression pedals, 6 flexible connectors, MIDI In/Out, a USB connection for quick access to certain pedals, and of course a gorgeous walnut deck. Not to mention the lights and awesome lid. I was going for classy yet flashy😎 Now all I have to do is wait for it to arrive from the motherland 🇩🇪 I can’t wait to rock this thing with @slider_music & @julienrbaker this year. I highly recommend checking out their website. They truly make anything you could dream up, whether it’s a small board to save space or a big monster like mine. You may even recognize a familiar face on their Artists page 🤓 (thank you for that, it’s a huge honor). Now all I need is a big girl loom from @btpa_usa to add the cherry on top 🍒 I hope that anyone who cares enough to keep up with my social media is prepared for way too many pictures of this thing once it’s set up.
