The arts have a reputation for being pretty elite and getting a foot in the door can often feel impossible, especially for people from marginalized backgrounds. @wetransfer’s new Supporting Act Foundation has pledged €1m to support emerging artists, with a focus on underrepresented groups and community-centered initiatives in all the arts.
