I have made some improvements guys! I have become more QUITE.- But not dumb quite. Just remembering the Art of DEDMA. Reacting to things negatively right away. Sometimes conflicts starts when you talk too much or say more or solve things on the spot. Practice delaying decisions so you can have more time to process the best outcome.
