PSA 🚨 Make sure to salt your meats 24hrs before cooking them. If you’re going to spend good money on nice steaks take the time to salt them the day before, I assure you will never go back. This TriTip was salted heavily the night before and by the time I pulled it outdone fridge the next day all the salt had been absorbed in the meat. I then seasoned again with @hardcorecarnivore Black and grilled it to 130deg internal. Topped it with @goldensteer compound butter and let it rest for 15min before slicing #PutThisInYourMouthAndThankMeLater #DryBrined #SaltYourFood
