We love each other no matter what size we were or are, but won't lie it feels good knowing that my wife and I took control of our health! Over 250lbs total lost together. We did it for us, but also for our children. We knew we wanted to live longer and be around to actually enjoy life with them as they're growing up! When it came to losing weight we knew that we needed to encourage and support each other. In addition we held each other accountable because we knew that’s how we both would win! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our journey! Our journey isn’t over. We have our good and bad days, but consistency, supporting, and encouraging each other has truly helped us maintain what we’ve lost over the years!
