the last few days, I’ve intentionally spent time with myself. creating space to check in, slow down, and be honest about what’s actually supporting me. I’ve been incorporating a few new rituals while recommitting to the ones I’m carrying with me this year. here are a few: • contrast therapy at @remedyplace • the 21-day manifesting challenge with @organicallyjamie • pilates movement, on and off the reformer • acupuncture at @oraspace • taking real pauses during the day and practicing presence instead of multitasking • dancing it out at @forward__space • bundled walks with my weighted vest and matchee
