We’d like to introduce you to our newest member of the the Cardiff Bay team, Yana. Yana is from the Ukraine and has 7 years of experience under her belt working as a L’oriel and Kerastase ambassador. She’s only been in the UK for 3 months and so, while her English is ok, it’s not yet perfect. Fortunately, our receptionist Iullian speaks Ukrainian and so if she gets stuck, we have an on site translator. If you’d like to book an appointment with Yana, we’d recommend bringing some inspo images on your phone so that you can clearly communicate your desired look. She joins us at ‘Salon Stylist’ level and is available from the 11th October. Yana is an excellent colourist and looks forward to showcasing her talent.
