For the past 5 years, the month of October has been really hard for me. I officially hit the 5 year mark of having constant, chronic abdominal pain. The month of October reminds me how I was a young, 14 year old girl who was living her life & then everything changed. I really wanted to get a tattoo to remind me everyday that I have been through so much & that I can now get through anything life throws me. My mom always says “Shadin, you have so much strength & most people would not be able to go through the things you have.” I am extremely proud of myself for how far I have come, but I truly take it day by day. I can now look down at my arm & remember I do have “strength”!❤️ you are stronger than you realize!
