Children in costume and their families are invited to come and trick or treat along the Riverwalk and enjoy other fun activities... After the Trick or Treat, stick around for the Halloween Lighted Boat Parade along the Hillsborough River and watch a movie on the big screen in Curtis Hixon Park. 🚤 Lighted Boat Parade (6:30pm - 9:30pm): Enjoy a beautiful fall evening in Tampa Bay and watch as the festive fleet of boats fitted in their best Halloween decor floats down the Hillsborough River.
