Today marks the 386th birthday of the National Guard. During natural disasters, like Hurricane Ian earlier this year, the National Guard is deployed to assist food banks on the front line. During the height of the pandemic, more than half of the network of food banks partnered with the National Guard to box and distribute food as well. With the help of the National Guard, we can continue to make sure that our neighbors are well taken care of. We are grateful for their service. 🧡
