🚫🙅🏽‍♀️ YOU ARE NOT YOUR WEIGHT OR HEIGHT YOU are more than that. They are simply data points that fluctuate over the course of your life for a snapshot in time, remember that. What’s more important to monitor is your body composition, your internal health, your mental health, your generosity, your mindfulness, your relationships, what you do in this world, and your own growth. I say this coming from a gymnastics, model, and trainer background where these numbers are heavily emphasized as part of your worth, your progress, your abilities, and your opportunity. But just because I’m 5’4” doesn’t mean I can’t model the hell out of products. Just because I’m over 100 lbs doesn’t mean I can’t be a great flyer in acro with the right base. Just because I’m 5’4” and 118 lbs doesn’t mean I’m incapable of doing gymnastics. I wanted to show how different bodies can look with very similar stats as a reminder you have so much more to offer.
