Hydrate and nourish the skin and nails with JINsoon Ex-Tract Honeysuckle + Primrose Cuticle Oil 4. Apply JINsoon Power Coat base coat to strengthen and prime the nails 5. Apply JINsoon Absolute Black on a makeup sponge and apply to 1/3 below the top of the nail by gently dabbing it toward the tip of the nail to create an Ombre look 6. Then repeat the step a little below the dabbed area with a little more force 7. Follow by applying JINsoon Absolute Black on the tip of the nails in a completely opaque way 8.
