A couple weeks ago I had the privilege of hosting a program called Friday Night Reflection for my community, the Ismaili Muslims. It was about celebrating 50 years since many of us arrived in Canada, and what’s being done today in collaboration with the land we’re lucky enough to call home. So things like affordable housing and tackling climate change as an example. And all of this, including us arriving in Canada was and continues to be possible because of His Highness, The Aga Khan. I bounced around from Toronto to Edmonton to Vancouver, in the presence of the Aga Khan’s royal family. It was definitely special.
