SHAPE UPDATE - @cleannutrition 💛 I’ve been living without a routine for months now. I’m moving all the time which makes it really hard to eat as clean and workout as much as I would like to. Everywhere I go I bring my supplements and I try to find the best places.. but yeah sometimes I cheat and sometimes I don’t have a choice, which makes me grumpy. 🧟‍♀️ Anyway, there’s always solutions.. Since I will be travelling for a few more weeks.. I will start fasting again and I could do way more ‘home workouts’. Some days I feel great about my body.. and some days I’m just sitting in the car for hours feeling like a pudding 🍮. Embrace yourself on both days, be kind to yourself and keep going ❤️‍🔥
