THIS IS NOT A #FACELIFT! No skin was removed and the incisions are hidden. This is an internal #necklift combined with #ProfoundRF on the face and neck, called a Weekend Lift. Using a deep plane approach, anterior/posterior #platysmaplasty is performed along with the Mastoid Crevasse technique (developed by yours truly). A lower eyelid fat repo was done as well, smoothing out the appearance the tired under eyes. There is a massive improvement in the lines on the neck, the radiance of the upper chest and the position of the submandibular glands and tail of parotid.
